A serene escape

the staff was very cute, always ready with a kind word. the room was clean and provided a comfortable space after a day of exploring. i found the layout of the breakfast facilities more efficient than other hotels. the breakfast selection was excellent with many choices available.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear faint conversations from nearby rooms.

The location was quite convenient. it allowed easy access to transport links just outside the hotel. The tram stop was nearby. the staff were helpful. They provided essential services efficiently. breakfast was good. It offered a variety of options, and items were restocked promptly.
The room was worn. It seemed the hotel needs refurbishment soon. cleanliness was acceptable, but i noticed a used tissue remained on the floor for several days. Housekeeping didn't remove it. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

the location was convenient , with public transport right outside. the central station was easily accessible. the staff were helpful , guiding me with directions.
the room showed signs of wear and tear , clearly needing refurbishment soon. cleanliness was acceptable , but not excellent. i missed having a mini fridge in the room , which meant i couldn't chill drinks.

The breakfast included plenty of options I found delicious. The hotel sits near the river and marina. It's a good place to take a walk or grab a bite. The staff acted warmly. The room was clean and warm also.
There was no bathroom fan I noticed. The bathroom had a bad smell upon my arrival. I did not find a toilet brush in the bathroom. This was unusual. The hotel's WiFi did not work one entire evening of my two-night stay.

The hotel has a convenient location near the port area. The staff was helpful with directions. I could easily reach the historical city center by tram because the tram stop is right outside. The beds felt comfortable after a long day.
My room did not include a mini fridge, so I couldn't keep drinks cold.
